Lotus Moon Universe and its practitioners (including Erin O’Connell and Tim O’Connell) offer a multi-disciplinary approach to wellness.

• Our Scope: We provide services in, but not limited to Psychic Mediumship, Hypnotherapy (EACH method & Past Life Regression), Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Crystal Healing, Yoga, Auriculotherapy, Aromatherapy, Herbalism, and Life/Spiritual Coaching.

• Not Medical Advice: We are not licensed physicians, psychiatrists, or clinical psychologists. Our services, classes, and podcasts (Spiritually Speaking and Hypo-Focus) are intended for educational and spiritual exploration and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Medication & Treatment: Please do not alter or stop any medical treatment or medication without the direct supervision of your healthcare provider.

2. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility
By participating in our sessions or classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Physical Activity: Yoga and movement-based classes involve physical exertion. You affirm that you are physically fit to participate and assume all risks of injury.

• Inner Work: Deep subconscious work (Hypnotherapy/Regression) and Shamanic sessions can be emotionally intensive. You take full responsibility for your emotional well-being and any integration process following a session.

• Coaching: Coaching is a partnership. While we provide tools and guidance, you are 100% responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. We make no guarantees regarding specific life or financial outcomes.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To honor the sacred time of our practitioners and our community in Gold Canyon:

• Private Sessions: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

• Events & Classes: Pre-registration is required. Refunds are available if cancelled 48 hours or more before the start time. Within 48 hours, registrations are non-refundable.

4. Shop Policies (In-Person Only)
Our metaphysical store in Gold Canyon is designed for an intuitive, in-person experience.

• All Sales Final: To protect the energetic integrity of our crystals, herbs, and ritual tools, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Curio Only: Metaphysical items are sold as spiritual aids; we do not claim they treat or cure any medical condition.

5. Media & Content
The information shared on our website and our podcasts, Spiritually Speaking and Hypo-Focus, is for spiritual and entertainment purposes. We encourage you to use your own discernment and "head-and-heart knowing" when engaging with our content.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you release and hold harmless Lotus Moon Universe, Erin O’Connell, Tim O’Connell, and all workers from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation, including personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

• Lotus Moon Universe holds no responsibility or liability for the outcomes of your personal or professional life.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Our services—including but not limited to Psychic Mediumship, Hypnotherapy (EACH method), Life Coaching, Reiki, Shamanic Practice, Yoga, and Herbalism—are holistic and spiritual in nature.

• Medical & Mental Health: We are not licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, or clinical psychologists. Our services are not a replacement for professional medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or care.

• Medication: Do not alter or stop any medical treatment or prescribed medication based on information received here without the direct approval of your physician.

3. Informed Consent & Specific Risks
By engaging with our modalities, you understand and accept the following inherent risks:

• Subconscious & Emotional Work: Hypnotherapy and Shamanic work can involve deep emotional processing. You assume all responsibility for your emotional state during and after these sessions.

• Physical Activity: Participation in Yoga or movement classes carries an inherent risk of injury. You affirm you are physically fit to participate and waive any claims for injuries sustained.

• Botanicals & Oils: You assume all risk regarding the use of herbs or essential oils and agree to check for personal allergies or contraindications before use.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome
Lotus Moon Universe makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding any specific results. Spiritual and energetic work is an individual experience, and results vary based on personal commitment and the unique journey of the soul.
5. Release and Indemnification
In consideration of the services provided, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Lotus Moon Universe, Erin O’Connell, Tim O’Connell, and any employees or contractors from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, emotional distress, financial loss, or property damage arising out of or related to your involvement with our center or media content.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If any portion of this waiver is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
