Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Advanced Booking Requirement To ensure we can provide the highest level of care and preparation for each client, our online booking system closes 48 hours prior to any available appointment time. Last-Minute Requests: If you are seeking an appointment within the next 48 hours, you must call our Gold Canyon center directly at [Insert Phone Number]. We cannot guarantee availability for call-in requests, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs if the schedule allows. 2. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we dedicate significant energy and resources to your session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Late Cancellations: Any session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, the full 100% session fee will be charged. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. To remain respectful of the clients scheduled after you, late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time.
